So one of the reasons I am writing this blog is to share with others our journey but also what has helped me. Quotes that I've read, articles that have made me think and simple stuff that gets me by.
1. My husband, his kisses, scooches, smile and words.
2. Baking - it's time by myself where I can think about something other than fertility.
3. Exercise - it let's out stress and provides me with endorphin's. Both things are really needed.
